If you request a product review, the form collects your name, airline or organisation, work email and the message you choose to provide. Standard technical and security information may also be processed by the website host and the anti-abuse check when delivering and protecting the form.

A successful enquiry is stored in the website lead database and sent to us by email so we can respond and manage the conversation.

How it is used

Your details are used to respond to the request and manage the resulting business conversation. Security signals are used to protect the form and website from abuse. The site does not use enquiry information for automated decisions or advertising profiles.

03 / Service providers

Who processes it

The website host and security provider process the requests needed to serve and protect the site. The email-delivery provider processes form submissions so they can reach Validus Aero. If you allow advertising measurement, Google processes limited ad-click and conversion information. We do not send your name, work email, organisation or message to Google for this measurement.

04 / Retention

How long it is kept

Inactive enquiries and related business correspondence are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact. Information may be kept longer when needed for an active agreement, a legal obligation, a dispute or a security investigation.

05 / Analytics and cookies

Optional advertising measurement

Google Ads measurement is off until you choose “Allow measurement.” If you agree, a Google tag may set first-party advertising cookies and send an ad-click identifier and a conversion event when a product-review request is successfully sent. This helps us count enquiries attributable to our ads. We do not use this choice for remarketing or advertising personalisation.

You can decline or change your choice at any time using “Measurement choice” on this website. Declining prevents the Google tag from loading on future visits. The hosting platform may separately provide cookie-free aggregate traffic measurement and process technical security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal information, or object to its processing. You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location.
