Qualification history is not treated as an editable spreadsheet cell. Corrections retain the changed values, the responsible user, the time and the reason recorded in the application.
Customer-specific deployment
A live deployment is scoped for the customer. Database access, storage, hosting location, backup arrangements, recovery and support responsibilities are agreed before live operational data is introduced.
Operational responsibility remains clear
Validus Aero supports qualification control, planning, traceability and evidence. The operator remains responsible for its approved rules, source records, decisions and regulatory obligations.

Deployment details are part of the decision.
Before onboarding, the customer and Validus Aero agree the database and document-storage arrangement, authorised users, backup and recovery process, data return or deletion, support route and named contacts.
